How does The Perrin Technique work?
The theory behind The Perrin Technique is that when the body is subject to physical, emotional or infectious stressors or a combination, it releases toxins. Normally, these toxins would drain away down the spine and through the lymphatic system. Unfortunately, with a lot of these stressors, the lymphatic system can become congested, meaning that you can become unwell if the toxins don’t drain away properly. However, through gentle massage of the head, neck, back and chest, we can help to get the toxins draining properly again, which should alleviate your symptoms to a degree, if not completely.
