About Khush
Khush Mandavia is a strong believer that the key to optimum health is the 5 pillars of wellness; physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual. She adopts this in her approach when treating her patients to give the best care and longevity in their path to recovery.

Khush has worked as an Osteopath for close to ten years. She began her journey as a Sports Massage Therapist, supporting people of varying sporting abilities including athletes, to return to sports and to work. Here she equipped her clients with the necessary tools to lead them to recovery. Following this, she specialised as an Osteopathic practitioner to delve deeper in the understanding of injury healing, body mechanics and patient education.

She has continued to excel by taking various courses with lead consultants in London. With her Diplomas in Nutrition, Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, APT level 1 & 2 training in Cognitive behavioural therapy and distant learning with Kain Ramsay, she aims to form meaningful connections with her patients to support with a wide range of symptoms and long standing complaints, including post Covid symptoms.
These courses and her experience have enabled Khush to form a deeper understanding of the relationship between the brain, central nervous system, soft tissue around the body and the lymphatic system. With this approach, she can review patients' concerns as a whole, ensuring that appropriate diagnosis and recovery plans can be implemented.
This has led Khush to learn the Perrin Technique which aims to eliminate toxins from the body (whether from environmental toxins exposure, infections, allergies, or lifestyle). Research has shown that these toxins can impact the body’s ability to recover and self heal.
Meeting Rakhee and Dr Perrin provided the confirmation and evidence that there is a clear path ahead to further understand certain disease processes which still present baffling questions, such as ME/CFS and most recently post viral fatigue after Covid-19.
